Shipping Policy

At Jovitas, we offer fast and reliable shipping to our customers. We understand how important it is for you to receive your order quickly, which is why we use only trusted shipping partners for all our deliveries. Our packaging is carefully designed to keep your items safe and secure during transit. Shipping rates are calculated based on the weight and size of your order, and will be displayed at checkout.
Our standard shipping times are 3-5 business days, and expedited shipping is available for an additional fee. If you have any questions or concerns about your order, please don't hesitate to contact our customer support team.

Return & Exchange Policy

Thank you for shopping Jovitas and supporting our shop! We accept returns for store credit only up to 14 days from the Purchase date. We do not issue refunds for returns. Cancellations are subject to a 10% restocking fee.

Items using discount promo codes, clearance and sale items are final sale, no exceptions. Bodysuits, bathing suits, shoes, leggings, accessories, lashes and white items are ALL final sale.

Please be aware that the items returned must have original tags, contain no stains, must be odor-free and be in their original condition. We will accept returns for exchange only if the item(s) is eligible to be resold. 

Please include your packing slip with your return items. We will email you as soon as we receive your package. Please note that the customer is responsible to pay for ALL shipping fees including the cost to ship the exchange item. Shipping fees are not refundable. If you are shipping an item over $75 please consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

NO REFUNDS / STORE CREDIT WILL BE ISSUED FOR ANY “FINAL SALE ITEM” RECEIVED, AND YOU WILL BE CHARGED WITH A RE-SHIPPING FEE. THE FOLLOWING ITEM(S) ARE FINAL SALE ITEMS:

  • ALL ITEMS PURCHASED THAT ARE MARKED “FINAL SALE ITEM” WITHIN THE PRODUCT PAGE;

  • FOR HYGIENE REASONS: BRALETTES, EARRINGS, AND FACE-MASKS; 

  • ANY ITEM(S) SUBJECT TO AN ADDITIONAL MARKDOWN PRICE; AND

  • ORDERS RETURNED BEYOND OUR RETURN TIME FRAME.

  • ALL EXCHANGES ARE FINAL SALE, NO EXCEPTIONS.
